A slotted table designed to house 2 x 6 tool holders from a wide range of modular tools which are preset outside the machine.
A specific cutting tool holder mounted on the side enables the best use to be made of the machining space.
A wide range of clamping systems are available:
• 2,3 or 4 jaw-chucks
• F 27 to F 66 collet chucks
Adapts to the dimensions and shape of the bar or profile.
The milling spindle is designed to hold only HSK E 40*attachments. A wide range of tool holders with different diameters and different lengths is offered. 
As for the main spindle, the following accessories are available :
• 2,3 or 4-jaw chucks
• F type collet chucks
• W,C type collet chucks
Adapts to the dimensions and shape of the parts.


30-position milling spindle tool changer,fully enclosed and impervious to chips and dirt.With easy access,it enables tools to be stored manually.
A double arm mechanical charger enables the tool on the spindle and the one repared in the store to be
taken at the same time. A simple rotation of the arm is enough to change the tools.
The tools are pre-selected and their position is random (RANDOM management).

Thanks to its extremely simple programming,this control is configured in one step to program the turning and as a machining centre to program the milling.
It has the same advantages as micro-IT, Windows NT 4 or XP. 10 Gb hard disk,256 Mb RAM,processing time 0.1 µs per bit,Ethernet link and various ports,USB and RS 232.
All the functions required for the 5 axes programming,tool range correction in space,3D simulation and many others are available as standard.
Integrated with a conveyor belt, this system is used to remove finished parts without damage.
